We understand what it's like to shop online, that's why we offer a FULL 90 DAYS returns policy.
Our goal is to make it as easy as possible for you. Let's face it, you've likely got enough on your plate right now, either being heavily pregnant or adjusting to life with a newborn. We don't want you stressing about making contact within the first few days of receiving your order, or trekking down to the local post office with a new baby just to get your order sent back on time!
We allow returns & exchanges on all non-sale items. So take your time, try them on and if you do need to return an item, simply lodge your return using the link above and send it back to us with your return form included with your order.
- All customers are responsible for their own return & exchange shipping costs.
- Once you lodge your return online an email will be sent with further return instructions.
- When sending your item/s back, please ensure your return form is filled out and included in your parcel. (If it's not included, your return processing time will be delayed.)
- Please ensure you follow the return instructions, or your order will automatically be processed as a store credit.
- Please ensure items are in their original packaging, unwashed and unworn, tags attached and no marks or damage to the items. If your return contains a bra please make sure you send back the bra extender otherwise you will be charged for this item.
- No need to attach a receipt, we've got all the details we need online. Yay for technology!
- All orders are shipped from our New Zealand warehouse.
- WE URGE YOU TO TRY ON ALL OF YOUR ITEMS BEFORE WASHING AS EACH ITEM CAN FIT DIFFERENTLY. Once item(s) have been washed and tags removed, we can no longer accept them back as they are no longer in new condition.
- We do not provide refunds or exchanges on charitable collaborations or clearance items. We also do not provide refunds or exchanges on our accessories; including socks and midi briefs, baby bodysuits or baby swaddles.
- Any items purchased during a sale or a promotion are eligible for an exchange, however store credit will be issued for any items that are returned for a refund.
- For Caden "Namesake" birthday promotion there are a limited number of discount codes available. Code cannot be used on new releases, swimwear or already discounted items. Offer expires October 28th Midnight NZDT. The 100% offer is only redeemable on orders up to the value of $250. All orders using these codes are only eligible for an exchange or a store credit no refunds will be given.
- If you’re returning an item because it doesn’t fit, and are unsure of what size you should order, please use our size guide for help or email us your measurements and we can recommend the best size.
- We will refund the full price of your item/order excluding the cost of your original shipping. If you are returning your item as a result of our error (or you received an incorrect or defective item) we will pay the return shipping costs.
- When returning an item for a refund and the original order is now under the threshold for free shipping, the shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Gift Sets are non-returnable.
- If you have taken advantage of our 2 for $110 Leggings promotion, and need to return your item(s) you are more than welcome to exchange for another pair of leggings within the collection or return for a store credit. If you break the promo of the two leggings or shorts and keep one, the leggings you keep will be charged at full price and you will be issued store credit for the difference.
If you have taken advantage of our Buy 1 Get 1 FREE Bra promotion please be aware this falls under our promotion T&C's: "Any items purchased during a sale or a promotion are eligible for an exchange where there are still sizes left in that style, however store credit will be issued for any items that are returned for a refund."
- If you have taken advantage of our FREE Swaddle promotion please be aware this falls under our promotion T&C's: "Any items purchased during a sale or a promotion are eligible for an exchange, however store credit will be issued for any items that are returned for a refund." The Free Swaddle item is not eligible for an exchange.
For hygiene reasons, swimwear returns must be in an unworn, undamaged condition with all labels & product swing tags attached. All swimwear must be tried on over underwear, without removing the protective adhesive strip. In the interests of hygiene, returns may not be accepted where it is obvious the item/s have been worn.
- If you have taken advantage of our Buy More Save More Swimwear promotion, and need to return your item(s) you are more than welcome to exchange for other items of swimwear within the collection or return for a store credit. If you break the promo of the "Buy 3 save 60%" or "Buy 2 save 50%" and keep the remaining swimwear items, the swimwear you keep will be charged at either 30% (where 1 item is kept) or 50% discount (where 2 items are kept) and you will be issued store credit for the difference.
- If you have purchased one of our mystery bags please note that all items are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- If you have taken advantage of our FREE Classic Leggings promotion please be aware this falls under our promotion T&C's: "Any items purchased during a sale or a promotion are eligible for an exchange, however store credit will be issued for any items that are returned for a refund." The Free Leggings are not eligible for an exchange.
